FlightPath Home

Will planes be a problem at this address?

Find out before the offer, not after the move.

A house can be quiet at the showing and loud at 6am. FlightPath Home answers the question an open house never will: what actually flew over this address, how often, how low, and at what hours — using recorded flight tracks, not guesswork.

What you can review

Tuned to how you actually live

Light sleeper? Work from home? Kids napping in the afternoon? Personalization changes how night traffic, daytime quiet, and modeled loudness are weighted in the screening score. It never changes the underlying recorded track data.

Honest about what it is

Track-event counts and barometric pressure-altitude inputs come from retained recorded tracks. Loudness, closest approach, and the score are modeled estimates, not on-site measurements, and source coverage can be incomplete.

If retained coverage is unavailable for an address, the app says so instead of inventing a score. Coverage is currently concentrated around selected major U.S. metro airports and grows over time.

FlightPath Pro

Free includes up to 3 new address checks per month, 2 saved homes, and live nearby traffic. Pro unlocks unlimited address checks and saved homes, recent-day replay, modeled distance and altitude charts, and PDF export. Monthly and yearly plans auto-renew until cancelled in App Store settings; prices are shown in the app by the App Store.
